Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the CutListEngine website, optimizer, account, and Pro subscription.

You may use CutListEngine only lawfully and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape it abusively, or use it to harm others.
Cut plans require verification
CutListEngine produces estimates and algorithmic layouts for rectangular sheet goods. Results may not be mathematically optimal and are not engineering, safety, CNC, or fabrication instructions. Verify all dimensions, kerf, grain direction, material defects, tool clearances, and safe cutting sequences before purchasing material or cutting.
Accounts and subscriptions
The browser optimizer and current standard exports are free. Pro provides the features described on the pricing page. Prices and included features may change prospectively. Creem processes checkout, invoices, renewals, and billing-portal actions. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Your content
You retain rights to project information you submit and grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit that information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutListEngine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including wasted material, tool damage, lost profits, or lost data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination and changes
We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
