Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CutListEngine collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

When you create an account, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and provider identity from Google or your verified email address through Magic Link. If you purchase Pro, we store billing identifiers, order and subscription status, and renewal dates supplied by Creem. Creem processes payment-card information; CutListEngine does not store full card numbers.
Projects, shop profiles, and product analytics
Saved project names, cut-plan documents, material details, and Shop Profile defaults are stored so you can reopen and reuse them across devices. Standard CSV files are parsed in your browser and are not uploaded by the import tool unless you later save the resulting project. Anonymous product analytics may include page visits, feature usage, coarse counts, and performance data. Analytics events are designed not to include sheet dimensions, part names, material names, imported rows, or layouts.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure cloud projects, administer subscriptions, operate support, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve CutListEngine.
Service providers
We use service providers including Google for optional sign-in, Resend for authentication email, Creem for checkout and subscription management, Vercel and associated infrastructure for hosting, Neon for database services, Cloudflare for email routing and network services, and PostHog for privacy-conscious analytics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We keep account, project, and subscription records while needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Authentication links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. No online service is perfectly secure, but we apply access controls and minimize sensitive data.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@cutlistengine.com. Some billing or security records may be retained where legally required.
